Nursery

We love babies! We have a secure space, next to the sanctuary, with 2 happy volunteers excited to entertain your wee one while you relax in the sanctuary. If the need arises we can come and get you during the service, but we are used to helping babies make the transition away from parents for a short time. Lots of age appropriate toys and things to do to keep your little one entertained.

Church School

Children and youth age 3 to 19 years are welcomed to Leaside Presbyterian Church with open arms and big hearts. There is a gathering time at 10:25 a.m. in the Ben McLean Children’s Chapel. The youth, school age children and preschoolers are greeted with a time of prayer, support and an opportunity for sharing what they have in common while learning about the love of Jesus Christ.

New children are always welcome to come and join in on the fun and fellowship!

Mission Project

The children at Leaside Presbyterian Church are sponsoring an ongoing stewardship project. They are collecting money for support of Tarikwa Siyum Tilahun, their adopted friend from Ethiopia, through Children Believe (formerly the Christian Children’s Fund of Canada).
