Amalgamation

The Kirk Session would like to make you aware that we have had several exploratory meetings with members of Glebe Presbyterian Church, with a view to an amalgamation of our two congregations. Learn more...

Our regular Worship Services begin at 10:30 on Sunday mornings. The sermon is availabe through our Sermon Podcast. At the conclusion of the service the congregation gathers in a time of fellowship in the Parlour where tea, coffee and cookies are served. Guests are especially invited to join us for a quick cuppa.

Nursery care for infants and toddlers is provided in the Nursery/Library (directly across from the church office), each Sunday.

Our Children's Worship service begins at 10:25 a.m. in the Children's Chapel (the smaller chapel to the east of the main sanctuary). They will join their families in the sanctuary following the sermon, to finish worshipping with the full congregation.

This growing congregation has been serving the Leaside Community since 1942. Please see our list of Events for news on upcoming events within our Church and community.

As part of the Presbyterian Church in Canada, our purpose at Leaside is to proclaim God's love, to practise it as a caring community of His people, and to share His love with others. Our Christian Education Mission recognizes the role of each member of the congregation as a Christian educator with a responsibility towards helping others to realize the relevance of Christ's teachings to daily life.
